IT WILL KALE is the culmination of many years of friendship, many many laughs, and a lot of talking about making a sequel to what is maybe the most low-key greatest endorsement of vegetables, pancakes, and going with your gut of the last amount of years. We bring you all this and more yet again.

Written in an apartment and then promptly recorded in a high school auditorium and a bathroom; armed with nothing more than a can-do DIY spirit, some decent pizza, five days, and whole lotta heart, Cast Iron Kale presents - IT WILL KALE.
